California Wine Clubs Wine and Chocolate Pairings

Wine and chocolate. Wine and cheese. Wine and … a lot of other decadent treats. For me nothing is better than sitting by the fire on a winter night and enjoying a great glass of wine and rich piece of chocolate that have been perfectly paired together. In the summer time I like to sit outside and drink a crisp white wine paired with fresh fruits that will bring the fill range of flavors to life in the wine.

Food and wine have always gone together and they alway will. It is a wonderful treat that is reserved exclusively for us wine lovers who take the time to try to pair our food with our wine … something a surprisingly small percentage o f people do.
